What is ‘The Session’ ?

Mitch and Rob team up to bring a show that mixes their interests in sports, MMA and entertainment.  With the help of the characters listed below we bring together truly the greatest podcast that has ever broadcast from Bristow and Marshall, VA.  Being friends for over twenty years and both former ‘SofaKings’  (only the greatest radio show of all time!) they have an outlet to just basically “shoot the shit!”   Here is who makes this happen:
